Every treatment begins with a consultation. Whether a treatment is suitable for you, and which treatment or approach is recommended, is decided by your practitioner after assessing you in person. Your practitioner may decline or postpone treatment where it would not be safe or appropriate. Prescription-only treatments are only provided after a face-to-face assessment by an appropriate prescriber.

Our treatments are for adults aged 18 and over.

Sending a request through this website, or by WhatsApp, phone or email, does not book an appointment. Your appointment is only confirmed once we contact you and confirm the date and time with you.

Prices on this website are a guide and may change without notice. The price for your treatment is confirmed at your consultation, before any treatment takes place, and depends on what is agreed with your practitioner.

Our cancellation and rescheduling policy, including any deposit, is explained to you when your appointment is confirmed. Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to change or cancel.

Please use this website lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with it, gain unauthorised access to it, or use the request form to send anything other than a genuine enquiry. We may suspend or change any part of the website at any time.

Links to other websites, such as WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, are provided for your convenience. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

The content of this website — including text, photographs, videos, logos and design — belongs to Trusted Touch Aesthetics or is used with permission. You may view it and print pages for your own personal use, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse it for any other purpose without our written permission.

Would you like to use one of our clinic photos in an article or post? Email info@trustedtouchaesthetics.london with the photo and where it will appear. We are usually happy to agree, provided the photo is credited to Trusted Touch Aesthetics with a link to trustedtouchaesthetics.london.
