Cookies Policy
Last updated: 6 October 2026
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, work in much the same way. This page explains what this website stores and why.
What we use today
This website does not set any advertising or tracking cookies of its own, and does not currently run any analytics. It stores one small preference in your browser:
| Name | Type | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| bbl-theme | Local storage | Remembers whether you chose the light or dark version of the site. | Until you clear it |
This is only saved if you use the light/dark switch, and it never leaves your device. Because it simply remembers a choice you have made, it does not need your consent.
The appointment request form does not set cookies. The security check it uses is held in the page only while the form is open.
The map on our homepage
The homepage can show our location on an embedded Google Maps map. The map only loads when you choose “Show map”. Once it loads, Google may set or read its own cookies in your browser, under Google’s cookie policy. We do not receive any information from these cookies.
Analytics in future
We may add Google Analytics to help us understand which pages are useful. If we do, it will not set analytics cookies or measure your visit in an identifiable way unless you agree to it first, and you will be able to change your mind at any time. This policy will be updated to list those cookies before they are used.
Other websites
If you follow a link to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram or Facebook, those websites may set their own cookies under their own policies.
Controlling storage
You can clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser’s settings. The site will still work; it will simply follow your device’s light or dark setting.
