Antiwrinkle injections

Fulham’s Trusted Touch Aesthetics provides high-quality anti-wrinkle injections to get rid of lines and wrinkles on different regions of the face while simultaneously reviving your face.

Botox and other injectable wrinkle treatments are made of diluted, purified proteins. They work by blocking the chemical message that the brain sends to the muscle, telling it to contract.
The treatment relaxes and lifts the muscle, which makes lines look less noticeable and makes the skin look smoother.
After a treatment, you will have less extra movement and less of an appearance of unwanted lines. This will give you a more refreshed look and help you reach your goal.

Anti-wrinkle injections like botox are a great way to get rid of lines and wrinkles on your face.
With dermal fillers, we can add volume to thin, flat, or small parts of the face, making them stand out more.
We can fill in wrinkles and folds and add moisture to dry thin skin.
This can make your face look fuller and younger.

Dermal fillers and anti-wrinkle injections work best together to bring balance back to the face.

You will meet with someone face to face.
This is where we'd talk about your worries and what you want to happen.
Then we'll move on to the procedure, in which a fine needle is used to inject a purified protein solution into a specific facial muscle in a way that causes only a little pain.
This procedure will take about 10–15 minutes and will smooth out wrinkles that you can see for 3–4 months.

Results can be seen as soon as three days after treatment, but this depends on your skin.
After two weeks, you'll be able to see the full effect.

Different people get different kinds of care.
On average, anti-wrinkle injections work for 3 to 4 months. However, this depends on the dose, and the effects gradually wear off over time.

You will discuss the associated risks and side effects during your consultation. Generally, there is no down time and you will be able to carry on with you day.

Some risks include:

  • Small amount of bleeding
  • Possible headache for 24 hours after the treatment
  • Bruising and redness at the injection site
  • Tingling or other sensation at the injection site

Other rare risks (these are very unlikely but also a possibility):

  • Potential migration of the substance, poor injection technique or overuse of the toxin could cause drooping eyelids or eyebrows. It would be best if you avoided exercise and rubbing the area for 24 hours after the injections.
  • Puffiness around the eyes – this will resolve itself.
  • Spocking or an over-active eyebrow – this could mean that you need to adjust the dose and distribution of the injection. (This is simple and can be rectified by the practitioner)
  • Resistance over time to the treatment with ongoing use, making it less effective
  • Tingling or other sensation at the injection site
